Ameena — the sweet potatoes really take to the spices. And aloo bhaji is one of my faves, especially for a nice desi-style brunch!

What a cool idea…I’ve never made this with sweet potatoes before. I love aloo bhaji! Not that my recipe looks anywhere as good as yours, of course!

Yummy! I’ve been craving proper bhaji for a while now. I know a cheat’s version with Bolst curry powder, my mum taught me, it’s actually quite good. But I can’t wait to try this. I’ve got a massive amount of panch phoron at home waiting to be used.
