boneless skinless chicken thighs
green onion, sliced
garlic, soy sauce, curry powder, sambal oelek
5 spice powder, ginger powder, crushed red pepper
cut chicken into strips, sprinkle 5 spice powder, crushed red pepper, ginger
beat eggs, add curry powder and salt and pepper — cook into omelet then cut into thin strips
cook pasta, let drain
heat oil, stir fry chicken. Add garlic, broccoli slaw, then curry powder & soy sauce, continue to cook. Add shrimp & green onion. Add noodles, add more curry powder, soy sauce, 5 spice powder. Add omelet strips. Finally, put some sambal oelek.
*next time maybe add lime juice. Maybe more garlic, red pepper, & soy sauce.
