We all know about the power of super-foods and that we should be incorporating more of them in our diet. That doesn’t mean you can’t have fun eating them! This antioxidant-packed treat knocks out 3 super-foods in one go: blueberries, almonds, and dark chocolate. And it’s super easy to make too!
Dark Chocolate Blueberry Almond Crunch
Ingredients
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup almonds, smashed into tiny bits
Directions
Place the chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until chocolate is melted — I needed 90 seconds total. Stir chocolate until smooth.
Add in dried blueberries and almond bits.
Spread mixture on a plate lined with waxed paper. Place in the fridge and let mixture set until hard.
Once mixture has hardened, take a large knife and cut into pieces.
Now enjoy!
Change it up the next time you make it by trying different dried fruits or nuts, it’ll all taste good!

Wow, this looks amazing and probably tastes even better than it looks.
I made these but instead of putting them on a pan, I put them in a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. It worked great!
