An easy, creamy sauce with Dijon mustard, nonfat Greek yogurt, and fresh dill that takes less than 5 minutes to whip up!
Easy Dijon-Dill Sauce
Ingredients
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
1-2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp white pepper
1-2 fresh dill sprigs
Preparation
1. Combine yogurt, mustard, garlic, and white pepper in small bowl. Taste and adjust amount of mustard if necessary.
2. Quickly run dill sprigs under water, then gently blot dry. Finely chop dill and add to Dijon mixture. Adjust to your taste. Save some of the dill to sprinkle on top.
3. Refrigerate any leftover sauce — it should keep for a day or two.
This sauce obviously goes very well with salmon, but it also tastes good on potatoes!
