These look really handy…a little like the ramen noodles I used to eat when I was much younger. But a healthier version!

The sodium content for this flavor is 690 mg, which you could probably cut down if you didn’t use the whole seasoning packet. I love salt though, so I’m not the best about watching it!

Hmmm, interesting! Haven’t seen these yet, but I like that it uses fresh veggies. What is the salt content? I always worry about that for pre-packaged stuff like this!
