If there’s a way I will drop stuff, break stuff, hurt myself, etc. I can and will find a way. More about that later. 🙂
I’ve been trying to get my eating under control again, but some of the bad stuff is still managing to not get photographed. Hmmm, wonder why??
Breakfast started off well.
Plain instant oatmeal topped with strawberries, and some Trader Joe’s spicy jalapeno chicken sausage on the side.
Still doing well at lunch . . .

These snacks were properly documented:
Dark chocolate with almonds.
Orville Reddenbacher Natural popcorn with lime and salt. I’ve heard of this flavor but didn’t find it until recently. It smells a bit like Trix when it’s heating up, but tastes pretty good! Although, the lime-infused oil or whatever they use is a bit messy and makes this not as good a choice as the 94% FF packing pellet-type I usually eat.
Made some better choices at dinner:
I made a pizza using Trader Joe’s whole wheat pizza dough, pasta sauce, shredded Italian cheese blend, spinach, and turkey pepperoni. I really wanted to eat more than 2 pieces. And I probably would have, had I not managed to drop the rest of the pizza on the kitchen floor. Five second rule, you say? I wouldn’t, not after it fell on the kitchen floor. Just saying . . .
What I didn’t take pictures of but will confess to are the rest of a bag of spicy salsa tortilla chips (Kroger-brand, like the old Doritos Salsa Rio flavor) and some ice cream. How is this an improvement in my eating habits? The quantities were less and I made myself track it.
Now if only the next time I decide to drop food on the floor it turns out to be junk food, then I’ll call that progress.
