I love snickerdoodles, but really I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like. 🙂
My cookie decorating tip is: if you’re using a lot of sprinkles, decorate the cookies on a cooling rack set inside a cookie sheet. The sheet will catch all the sprinkles and nonpareils that fall, so you’ve got a much smaller/easier mess to clean up.

I would really love to try the Snickerdoodle mix. I love to add chocolate chips to my cookies and sometimes I add a bit of coconut flour also.

Instead of using icing, we sometimes use egg yolks mixed with food coloring and “paint” the cookies before we bake them.
