Remember these? My Bruschetta Waffle Fries were my submission to the Alexia “Reinvent a Classic” Fry challenge from a few months ago. Once I saw all the fabulous entries in the contest, I didn’t think they stood a chance.
Imagine my surprise when I was informed that I was one of the four finalists in the challenge!! I was at work when I found out and had to do all I could to stop myself from doing a happy dance in my office! Okay, maybe I shut the door and squealed. 
If you haven’t already seen me Tweeting and Facebooking about it, Chef Tyler Florence introduced the finalists at the 2011 FoodBuzz Blogger Festival gala dinner hosted by Alexia Foods this past Saturday night. More on that soon as I do my re-caps of this past weekend.
But in the meantime, you can head over to the Alexia Foods Facebook page and go to the Reinvent a Classic tab to cast your vote for my Bruschetta Waffle Fries. You can vote once per day through the end of March. I wouldn’t have made it this far without you, and I still need your help to win!
