That being said, when something is really on sale, I'll stock up - like when bone in chicken breasts are .99 a pound etc. I have a GIANT deep freeze (seriously, you could fit six bodies in there!) and I have a food storage vacuum sealer which helps with freezer burn. Forcing yourself to use what you have will make you be creative - you can do it! I'm a steadfast list follower. That's not my end of the problem. My problem is at home when I actually cook. I think b/c I have so much fun coming up w/ a new dinner ea. night that we never get around to eating the leftovers of the other meals!
