You are actually doing very well with your eating...don't let the weigh-in at WW meetings bring you down. It's really good you've started exercising in the mornings. That helps a lot. There was this period of time when I ate well but did not exercise...although I lost a little weight, my body fat remained the same. In fact, I managed to lose some muscle mass.....so exercising along with a healthy diet is very important too. Would you believe it if I told you I haven't exercised in more than a month now.....and have been eating like crazy......and gained 20 lbs(that's 1/5th of extra Nabeela I have hanging around me). I'm not kidding, I swear. That's me right now...sigh.
