Today’s eats would definitely qualify me for a food makeover! And I didn’t exercise today. Naughty, naughty.
I didn’t feel like a breakfast sandwich today. I wanted cereal. I wanted the Kashi Cocoa Beach granola I bought months back and haven’t eaten yet. So I had it with some Fiber One and unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze. Not bad at all.
Had to run an errand at lunch, and then came back starving.
Some leftover fruit from a meeting. Somebody stole all the pineapple!
Morningstar veggie patty on a sandwich thin with some pepperjack and hot sauce.
Not too horrible so far, but wait until you see what I had this afternoon.
Total impluse buy while I was at Kroger today. It tasted too sweet, like I’ve been noticing lately with milk chocolates. So didn’t stop me from having it.
My nemesis. Doritos or any nacho-cheese chips have always been a weakness and trigger food of mine. So it makes sense that I should stay away, but sometimes the call of that orange faux cheese gets the better of me.
Dinner was nothing fancy, some of the leftover chicken from last night. Mr. Spice had it with rice and I had it with a low-carb tortilla. We broke into some of our Nicobena Spicy Olive Pickle. This is a Bangladeshi brand of pickle and has a very distinctive taste that I have to be in the mood for.
I have been a total lazy girl all evening. We got caught up in some episodes of the Millionaire’s Club and somehow it’s already time for bed.
By the way, the Kroger brand of Nutella? Not as good as the real thing, but it does well when you’re craving it. *furtively licking spoon*
Hopefully tomorrow we’ll see more veggies and less junk.
