I’m also trying to get back into a good eating routine, since the past few weeks have hardly been routine!\u00a0 I can’t keep eating out so much,\u00a0 I’m actually getting sick of it, believe it or not.<\/p>\n

A couple days ago, I noticed a Weight Watchers location near work and I popped in to see what their schedules were — they have meetings every day!\u00a0 Very convenient and very tempting.\u00a0 I know I keep joining and quitting and switching between meetings and online only.\u00a0 I think if it’s close to work and they have meetings every day it might be easier to stick with it, but I don’t know that this is the right time to start something new when it’s stressful at work.\u00a0 But then again there never is a good time.\u00a0 Welcome to the world of being a grown up!<\/p>\n
