Remember earlier this year when I participated in the Blogger Secret Ingredient (BSI) contests?\u00a0 I even hosted<\/a> it one week!\u00a0 Somewhere in the spring, probably during tax season I missed a couple weeks and then I totally lost track of who was hosting it and what ingredient was the focus.<\/p>\n

Not anymore, my friends.\u00a0 I finally tracked down this week’s contest, which is being hosted by Foodie in the City<\/a>!\u00a0 This week’s ingredient is ricotta cheese and I already have a couple ideas cooking away.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So stay tuned to see my entry!<\/p>\n
