Two good things — yesterday was 5 days in a row I got up to exercise in the morning and I think I was rewarded for this torture by having a 2 lb. loss at weigh-in!\u00a0 Yay!\u00a0 That makes a little over 3 pounds for January.\u00a0 Slow and steady, remember?<\/p>\n
